Development of POS (Point Of Sale) stands

The service includes the development of POS stands of various sizes for a wide variety of products. From idea to implementation and application to the store.

Cooperation with contractors

I have a wide range of carpenters, builders, electricians, plumbers.

Spatial consulting

If you are not sure about the procedure and just want to check your idea, I am available.

1. Introductory meeting

After being contacted by the client, I organize an introductory meeting where we get to know each other. If I obtain floor plans in advance, I can prepare for the meeting in advance. The meeting can be held on the spot, where I can already take the measurements. For a faster workflow, it is important that the client's wishes and requirements are defined as clearly as possible. Before I start work, I prepare an offer.

2. Conceptual design

After the confirmed offer, I immediately go into action. In the conceptual design phase, I focus on the solution of the space in 2D, i.e. in the floor plan. If larger (public/private) interiors are being worked on, the common thread of design and selection of materials is important, which I present in a short catalog with the conceptual design. My commitment is to take into account the previously agreed wishes and requirements of the client and to try to the best of my ability to make maximum use of the space.

3. Visualizations

When the floor plan is resolved and it means that we are all satisfied, I start creating visualizations. Only these are very important for the client, because they show how the space should look in reality. According to experience, depending on the level of spatial perception, some people do not decide and skip this phase. However, it is definitely recommended for those with poor spatial perception. Sketching is always very useful and effective when I want to check something with myself or the client during the visualization preparation phase.

4. Detailed plans

The most extensive part of the project is the implementation plans. These range from plans for floors, ceilings, electricity, bathroom schemes, layout of equipment to detailed furniture plans (up to a scale of 1:5). In the case of larger projects, it is also important to list elements for each category of plans. Detailed plans are important for: obtaining accurate offers from contractors, lower cost of supervision on the construction site, accurate calculation of the total investment. In short, precise and exact instructions for each individual contractor, which results in a fast and smooth execution.

5. Cooperation with contractors

After finishing the work at the computer, the application of the drawing to reality follows. Many times designers are criticized by contractors that paper transfers everything, so awareness of the designer's work is crucial. Of course, I adhere to this when planning and I always ask myself whether I, as a contractor, would represent the plans. When the contractors see that you are working hard and also represent them, this method pays off in the long run with a lot of newly acquired knowledge and experience. I also like to work on the construction site, because the work is dynamic and the communication with the contractors suits me.

6. Final product

My mission, challenge and goal is to satisfy the wishes and needs of the client with an integrated design solution in mind. The participants in the entire process are caricatured as an orchestra headed by a conductor. If we want a superbly performed piece, therefore, every individual is important. When everything comes together, the result is a harmoniously played composition and thunderous applause from the listeners :).
